Need a hand with MangaLoft? Here’s how to get help and answers to a few common questions.

Email hello@mangaloft.org — the fastest way to reach us. Inside the app, Help ▸ Report a Bug pre-fills a message with your device and app version so we can help faster. We’re a small independent team and read every message — please allow a little time for a reply.

Drawing

MangaLoft draws with Apple Pencil. On iPad, draw directly on the canvas. On Mac, connect your iPad with Sidecar and draw there — a mouse or trackpad can’t draw on the canvas.

What’s free, and what’s Print Export

Creating manga in MangaLoft is free — every drawing tool, layers, and screen-quality export (“For Display”), always. Print Export (“For Print”: the full page with bleed and registration marks, at 350 or 600 dpi, as PDF or PNG) is an optional subscription that supports an independent developer.

Managing your subscription

The Print Export subscription is billed through your Apple Account, and you can manage or cancel it anytime:

On iPad: Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions ▸ MangaLoft; on Mac: the App Store app ▸ your account ▸ Subscriptions — or open your Apple subscriptions directly.
Already subscribed on another device? Tap Restore Purchases on the Print Export screen.
Print Export supports Family Sharing — family members share one subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your files

Your documents are stored on your device, and in your own iCloud if you’ve enabled it. We operate no servers and have no access to your work — see our Privacy Policy.
